I Want an Invite
What is the Social Intelligence
An exclusive membership community, facilitated by me, Dr Jillian Ney, the UK’s first Dr of Social Media and a Digital Behavioural Scientist.
I’ve created this community for anyone who is trying to understand their customers better by analysing social media data.
If you’re a social data newbie or even if you’re a seasoned pro this community is jam packed with new ways to get insight quickly, tools to help you do it, strategies to help you apply it, access to my exclusive training, and you'll meet a few other industry leaders too.
Why Request An Invite?
Social data analysis is a new and exciting area that can get you the insight to optimise content, campaigns, product development, customer services, and even pitching. It’s a fast and effective way to get to your customer.
But I’ve found that there’s not a lot of content to help guide your analysis, show you how to make insights actionable, or even begin to use advanced functionality on social tools.
Many of the people with responsibility analysing social data are alone in their organisations – maybe that’s you!
It can be tricky to know you’re doing things the best way and there’s not really a lot of people to talk it over with.
There are times you can feel like you’re alone and flying blind.
You know your reports get good feedback but you’re also thinking that there’s more you could do but you don’t know where to start…
That's where my Social Intelligence Membership Community comes in.
- Having a dedicated, safe space to ask questions, find people going through the same pains, and get answers to your burning questions.
- Being connected with great people, like you, who are passionate about social data analysis.
- Getting access to the best resources on social data analysis.
- Constantly getting new ideas to get actionable insights from social data.
Working with Jillian has helped the research and insights team at City Football really understand the power of social data and has given us valuable insight into the behaviour and attitudes of our fans around the world. Andrew GilliganHead of Research and Insights, City Football
Who is Dr Jillian Ney?
I’m Dr Jillian Ney, a Digital Behavioural Scientist (and the UK’s first Dr of Social Media). For the past ten years, I’ve been helping marketers to stop working on hunches by analysing social data to find out how their customers make decisions and letting them know how to position marketing spend.
I collaborate with some of the world’s leading social listening tools. Including Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Linkfluence, Pulsar and Audiense.
I work with big companies like Manchester City Football Club, FTSE 100 banks and government organisations. I also work and advise on some really cool projects from space to pregnancy to fintech to eCommerce. In areas like content marketing, brand positioning, customer experience management and conversion rate optimisation.
There’s communities from everything from content marketing to conversion rate optimisation to social media marketing but nothing like this exists for social data analysis. So, I want to take all my knowledge and experience and build a community around the thing I love the most – analysing social data.
I don’t know of another community like it.
No sleazy sales pitches. No annoying me, me, me posts. Just practical, actionable learnings and a network of peers so you can get to the insight quicker.
- Create a safe space to ask questions, find people going through the same pains, and answers to your burning questions.
- Bring people together who have the desire to grow and develop in the area of social intelligence.
- Curate the best resource on social data analysis to improve the quality of insight.
- Uncover new ideas to help you quickly get access to actionable insights from social data.
Working with Jillian has really pushed me as a marketer. I’m suddenly the one leading new ways of thinking about our customers and I’ve learnt to bring science and data into all our marketing decisions. I thought I’d reached my peak role but my career has progressed as a result of learning these skills and resources. My boss is continually impressed with the stuff I come back with. Five reasons why you should request an invite to join the Social Intelligence Membership Community
A Support Network
When I visit new clients I often find that one or two people are responsible for social data analysis. It can be a lonely place, and you need support that’s not really available to you right now.
That support could be to bounce ideas around, vent your frustration, find the best tools or approach, or ask for help and advice when you need it the most.
You need to do that in a space where people understand what you’re talking about.
Inspiration & Motivation
Let’s face it, there’s a distinct lack of content to help you analyse social data. You have the tools but it can still be a pain in the butt to get the insight out. It’s important to have a great source of inspiration and motivation.
This might be hearing what other people are doing, finding out about new tools, new approaches and how to actually interpret the data.
You need to be around people that inspire and motivate you.
We can keep on doing the same things and keep on getting the same results, or we can work together to find new ways that make a bigger impact. You didn’t get into your career to stay in the status quo and play it safe.
You want to develop new ways of working that are innovative and can make a big impact on your organisation – and your career!
You need to be around people that can help you create these new ideas.
Challenge Your Thinking
There’s a lot of nonsense floating around about social listening, social analytics, and social intelligence, and it can be difficult to see the wood for the trees. Even the best of us can fall for this BS.
We also need to be called out on our own BS to help us grow and develop and not just continue with the status quo.
You need to be around people that challenge your thinking.
Access to Expertise
You will come up against problems and challenges with social data analysis – it’s only natural, it’s a new area of research and there isn’t a lot of information available. We all need help from time to time.
You need access to experts but you might be alone in your organisation, so you don’t know where to start. A dedicated community is the best place to go.
You need to be around people with expertise and a place you can ask questions.

How Much Does it Cost?
Not as much as you might think. It costs private clients between $1500-$2500 a day to work with me. My workshops can cost up to $10,000 for a two-day mastermind session.
But that’s not accessible to everyone, and I’m committed to building an active community around social listening, analytics, and intelligence. So, for the first time ever I’m offering the opportunity to be part of this community for the annual price of $499 (plus VAT) with no annual price increases if you request membership before 1 February 2018.
That works out to be $1.36 (ish) a day. Costing less than your daily Starbucks latte and I won’t add inches to your waistline.
This is a limited time offer, prices will be rising in 2018 but you can lock in your $499 annual price by requesting an invite today.
If you’re a social tool looking to join the community, I’m not locking you out, you can join too but you need to contact me on email@example.com. The community isn’t a sales pitch so there are a few rules.
*Hey* I'd Like An Invite...
To ensure that all community members receive the best experience I'm currently running on an invite only basis and doors will open for 48 hours once a month for new membership. This helps me to manage demand and that you have the best possible experience when you become a member.
Answers to All the Questions....
Who should join?
Anyone who regularly works with social data or anyone thinking about working with social data. You might work with social listening, social analytics or even in social intelligence.
You could be a total newbie or you could be a seasoned pro, I’ve made sure that there is something for all levels. And, you get to network with your peers!
Why is the Community Invite Only?
As you can imagine, there has been a lot of interest in the community. To help me and my team make sure that everyone gets the best experience we are currently operating on an invite only basis where doors will open for 48 hours each month for new members.
I’m committed to making sure that the community is spam free and that there are not a lot of sleazy sales pitches in there, this means that I need to have a level of control over the sign-up process. I speak to everyone before they become a member.
What’s the Cost?
I’m currently offering a years membership to the community for $499.
The price will increase in 2018 due to increased costs to manage the platforms and create amazing content consistently but I am committed to making sure the community remains at a price point accessible to everyone.
If you request your invite before 1 February 2018, I’ll lock in your annual price to $499 (plus VAT) for life – even when the price goes up.
It Seems Expensive?
It costs private clients between $1500-$2500 a day to work with me. My workshops can cost up to $10,000 for a two-day mastermind session. The Social Intelligence Membership Community is the most cost effective product that I offer, and I’m able to do this because of the scale it provides.
Is there a Monthly Option?
At this stage, no. You see, learning how to analyse social data doesn’t happen in a month. I only want to work with people who are committed to being successful.
How Long is the Contract?
As I only offer an annual payment, the contract length is for 1 calendar year.
How much time should I dedicate?
Simply, you get out what you put in. If you’re in the community multiple times a week you will get out more than someone who occasionally dips in and out. Having said that, the resources I training that I provide will give you the leg up you need but I find that most success comes from support in the forum.
How are Payments Processed?
All payments are processed online using Paypal. It’s completely secure and you will receive a VAT / Tax invoice every year you are a member.
